Because the products sold by StoreHouse Foods are edible all sales are considered final.
There are no refunds or returns unless a product is damaged or simply does not match the order.
In the event that a shipment is damaged you must report the damage immediately to the carrier (the delivery company) and contact StoreHouse Foods for a return authorization immediately.
In the event that wrong merchandise is shipped you must fax the packing slip with actual delivery contents outlining the differences to StoreHouse Foods immediately for a return authorization.
Credit card payments or check clearances are required in advance on all orders.
Prices and weights are subject to change without notice. Some items may not be available, so substitutions of items with equal or greater value will be made as necessary in systems.
